Another set of trips happened, with some help and some harm from Mother Nature, her weather and her streamflow conditions.

We had a total of 26 paddlers who attended part or all of the event and were ably assisted by PSC trip leaders Steve LaPorte and Greg Vitale.  Tom Hanley and John Holzmueller also gave of their time and expertise in leading and expiditing trips. (Since we had so many paddlers, often we ended up running two separate trips each day.)

We had a week of warm, fairly calm weather with minimal streamflow followed by two days of rain and the resultant extremely high water levels.  Spring in the Ozarks!

In spite of the seasonal challenges, we managed to paddle:

North Fork of the White River (six segments,)

    Bryant Creek (three segments,)

    Eleven Point (two segments,)

Tiny Piney River near Houston and

(a new one!) Spring Creek at Twin Bridges.

Thanks to the folks at Twin Bridges Canoe for hosting us and to all of the paddlers who participated.
