Details:  Camping Season is fast approaching for PSC trips and your own camping adventures.  The day is geared for a review and 'brush up' on various camping skills, tips & tricks.

Bring a snack & lunch, boat, tarp/tent (rope, tent pegs, etc.) or other gear as you may want to practice in setting up your own personal equipment

Topics will include and focus on Tarp Rigging, Tent Rigging, Fire building (if applicable), 'Leave No Trace (LNT) principals and/or other suggested related topics.

Depending on the day and how it unfolds, options for the remainder of the day may be a short paddle, hike, or hang out and tell camping stories. 

Location - Busse Woods - Elk Grove Village

Requirements: If paddling: PFD, Depending on the weather condition (Cold Weather Gear), Dry 'Dump' Bag MUST be in boat. If hiking: adequate gear. If sharing stories: bring good ones :) NO alcohol consumed while on the river or at the event. COMMON SENSE
