Add a new trip

This form should be used to add a trip to the Prairie State Canoeists calendar.
 

Club trip sign-in sheet

This PDF file should be printed and signed by each participant on every trip. You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the file.  If you like, you should be able to type the river/trip-leader information onto the form before printing it out.  You can also enter the names of anticipated participants at this time to facilitate sign-up at the river.
 

Trip report form

We have set up an on-line form you can use to enter the report from your trip. This form should be filled out after each trip so we can keep track of important river information and future trip leaders and participants can learn from your experiences.
 

Instructor reimbursement

On November 30, 2004, the PSC Board voted to reimburse individual instructors up to $55 per instructor for their Illinois Paddling Council and American Canoe Association dues, with a maximum of $550 allocated by PSC for this purpose each year.  If you are an instructor actively assisting PSC with our watersports programs, you may fill out the form to apply for a reimbursement.
 

Earning Patches

You will receive a trip leader patch the first year you lead a trip. Patches are sent to each person listed as a leader on the Trip Report Form.
